Isaac Benn wins MBDA scholarship

At the MBDA Marching Band Finals on Saturday 10/29 at Waterhouse Field in Biddeford, scholarship recipients for the Alfred Yesue Memorial Scholarship were announced. This scholarship is given out annually since 2011 to two graduating seniors who participate in a band program from one of the member schools of the Maine Band Directors Association.

Westbrook students have previously been awarded this scholarship 5 times.

We are proud to announce that our very own Isaac Benn becomes the latest recipient from Westbrook to receive this scholarship. Congratulations Isaac!

Westbrook HS Marching Band & Color Guard Win 2nd Place at the NESBA New England Championships

Westbrook High School Marching Band & Color Guard performed at the NESBA New England Championship Finals at Reading Memorial High School in MA. They received an excellent score of 94.4 which earned them a 2nd place GOLD medal win!!
