After a fantastic first year, we’re excited to bring the Vendor Fair back for year two. Last year was a blast, we learned a lot, and we’re looking forward to making this year’s event even better.

Interested in Being a Vendor?

We’re currently accepting applications from artists, makers, small businesses, local organizations, and community-focused vendors.

​

Our goal is to create a fun, varied marketplace featuring original and independently created work while also welcoming local businesses and organizations that want to connect with the Westbrook community.

Vendor guidelines include:

​

• No MLM/direct-sales businesses

• No resale of mass-produced goods presented as handmade

• No AI-generated artwork or products featuring AI-generated designs

• Applications are reviewed to help ensure a diverse mix of vendors

• ​

Vendor spaces are limited to 40 booths.

Approved vendors will receive payment information after their application is reviewed. A space is not reserved until payment is received.

Come shop local, discover Maine makers and businesses, enjoy the community atmosphere, and support music education in Westbrook.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Westbrook Music Boosters and help support music programs, performances, classroom needs, and student opportunities throughout Westbrook schools.

We’ll also need volunteers to help make the event a success. More information about volunteer opportunities will be shared in October.
